I have worked equally in both startups and established companies.
In my last job as the QA Team Lead Engineer I got familiar with Salesforce, a widely used CRM tool. All projects at Routine Automation were based on this cloud-based platform that provides software and services. Mainly worked with Sales and Service clouds.
As QA Team Lead Engineer I was responsible for: test plan creation, manual testing (smoke, acceptance, regression etc). Each sprint I demonstrated intermediate result of project implementation, supported developers on the identification of bugs, helped them to understand what exactly should be fixed. Reviewed automation test results. Used Chrome Dev tools. Managed QA team.
As BA I was working with: specifications, created User stories & tasks for developers, discussed all related questions with development team & customers. Created acceptance criteria. Had regular communication with customers.
