    This short film was made for the Wacom "Atrévete 2021" art challenge, where the goal was to turn your pandemic hero into a superhero. Therefore I created this film named "Gracias Abuelos" to honor all grandparents. The concept and thinking of mine were that, even though elder people had to renounce their activities during this pandemic, that couldn't stop them from being an example and encouraging younger generations, as depicted in this film. I wanted to honor them with this project. I hope you like this animated short as much as I do!     I was commissioned by Business of Animation (BOA) to do a 2D animated video with the highest quality. BOA is an e-learning platform where you can learn about the business side of animation. This video is now welcoming potential customers on BOA's homepage. I enjoyed the process of mixing many different techniques, from 2D to some 'hidden' 3D scenes as well. This way we were able to take the video to another level and make each second of the video appealing and eye-catching.
