Cargo Checking Assistant: I was responsible for assisting the cargo team with checking unloaded cargo and ensuring the correspondence of the material physically present with those listed on their associated invoices. After this, if necessary, I was responsible for organizing the material in containers and assigning to these an appropriate storage location, depending on the type of container used. Stocking Assistant: I was responsible for organizing smaller material in manual carts, and then delivering this material to their assigned storage location, performing the proper organization if necessary. Identification of Faulty Parts: Due to me standing out in the eyes of my supervisors, I was assigned to perform extra duties. Over a period of around 2 weeks, I was responsible for accessing the plant's file network and analyzing documents pertaining to faulty material, and then filling out an Excel spreadsheet with the appropriate information regarding the fault in question, destination etc. Lasted until I switched jobs due to the plant being closed by the company.
