Hello! My name is Nicholas Gargano. I am an illustrator and graphic designer who graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in illustration and immersion in comics. My skills include creating detailed illustrations, character designs in a retro inspired style, creating simple or detailed graphic designs for business cards, letterheads, emails, and websites, creating concepts for teams to work with and push to create even stronger pieces, and working with clients and teams to create and flesh out ideas. I can also paint murals, set up shows and events, and communicate with various teams. I currently reside in Queens, where I work as a gallery assistant and general helper for The Rockaway Hotel, managing and assisting with showing off the works of fellow skilled artists. In my spare time, I create illustrations and designs, which includes designing characters to be used for clients as well as working on a personal comic series to either bring to a publisher, or self publish myself.
