Having worked in production for the past eight years, I can confidently say that I have gone through all stages and positions. Throughout my life - as a kid, a student, a family member, and a friend - I’ve always had a desire to lead. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration, I realized I needed something more creative, so I enrolled at the Film and Drama University and graduated from the acting faculty. I explored different fields but ultimately combined my business skills with my creative side and started learning production. My journey began in one of the best production houses in the region, Sarke Studio, where I started as a PA, moved up to Head of PA, and worked in various departments before progressing to production management and line producing. During the pandemic, when projects were canceled, I left Sarke Studio and created a Facebook cooking group called “Home Cooking Adventures.” I developed content for home cooks, preparing dishes, editing videos, and sharing them with the community. The group gained massive popularity in Georgia. I decided to organize an event, reaching out to one of the youngest Michelin-starred chefs in Italy, Matteo Sivero, and successfully organized three events with him in Georgia. I secured sponsors independently and executed the event with great success. After the pandemic, I sold the group for 25,000 GEL (around 9,000 USD). I share this story to highlight that I am capable of managing any event or production. I have always been able to create opportunities from nothing and lead them to successful execution. Following that, I spent three years freelancing. Eventually, 1991 Productions offered me the role of Head of Production Services, which I accepted. In October, I received an offer from Purple Brain, a large production company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to be their full-time production manager. I accepted the challenge to gain international experience. Over six months, we completed several projects together, and I adapted quickly to the team and new environment. I continued to support 1991 Productions remotely during this time (Budgeting projects for them and communicate with the clients) I recently returned from Riyadh to Georgia to explore further opportunities outside of my home country. Even though I frequently work on international projects, I’m excited about the prospect of working for a company outside Georgia full-time. Problem-solving, making things happen, succeeding, building, creating, adapting, networking, and leading - these are all things I have done and developed since my early years. I would love to have the opportunity to interview with you and see if we can shine together.
