I have a rich and diverse background in dance and choreography, starting from rhythmic gymnastics at the age of 4 to classical ballet from age 12, and developing into a modern choreography dancer since age 16. Over the years, I have participated in various international shows and performances worldwide. Since the age of 25, I have been deepening my expertise as a choreographer in dance companies, both state and commercial. I love working with groups and individual gymnasts, preparing bodies for gymnastic elements, offering ballet lessons for gymnasts, and applying methods to teach technical gymnastics elements. I also teach stretching, flexibility, and Pilates classes both online and offline, supporting people of different age groups with and without equipment.

Besides teaching and choreography, I have a strong interest in artistic gymnastics choreography, psychological support, and dance training and staging. I am fluent in English, native in Russian and Belarusian, and have basic Spanish skills. I am passionate about combining my extensive experience in ballet, jazz, contemporary dance, and Pilates to provide a comprehensive coaching and choreographic experience.
