    Technology Stack
    The current reference architecture is based on:

    • Backend: .NET
    • Frontend: React
    • Database: SQL, with Microsoft SQL Server as the standard reference platform
    • Hosting: Typically Microsoft Azure

    Azure is not mandatory, but it provides a secure, reliable and widely established foundation for enterprise deployments.

    The architecture also supports configurable LLM providers. Depending on compliance, security, performance and cost requirements, models can run locally or through cloud-based providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and others.

    Development Approach
    The platform (the project) follows a domain-model-driven approach to software development. Business concepts, rules and processes are represented explicitly in the system design, making the software easier to understand, extend and maintain.

    Development and deployment are supported by automated CI/CD pipelines across dedicated environments: TEST, INT, PROD

    AI-assisted development with Claude Code. It delivers consistent and reliable results.

    • At the beginning, all components can run within a single instance to minimise complexity and operational cost.
    • As demand grows, individual services, tenants or platform components can be separated and migrated to dedicated infrastructure without redesigning the entire system.

    The result is software that is adaptable, maintainable and prepared to evolve—without introducing unnecessary complexity from the outset.
