Assisted clients in selecting paint colors, furniture, and materials. Designed and modeled diverse projects including residential (flats, apartments, villas), commercial, hospitality, restaurant, and landscaping. Produced 3D perspective drawings using 3ds Max and Photoshop for client visualization, ensuring designs meet client needs while considering budget and timeline constraints.

Designed floor plans, elevations, and 3D views and material boards for Miramar Project; conducted in-house reviews and client presentations. Programmed client needs from schematic design to construction document phase and installation. Conducted site visits and measurements to gather space information. Collaborated with clients to understand needs, preferences, and budget constraints, presenting design concepts and proposals. Created mood boards, renderings, and detailed floor plans to present designs; coordinated with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
