ConnectUs is a mobile app that streamlines the partner experience through simplicity and transparency. Insights from CAP PLC’s retailers, contractors, and distributors in Nigeria guided its design. ConnectUs allows partners to browse products and place orders with a few taps, and provides instant confirmation, reducing order time to under three minutes. The real-time dashboard displays balances, payments, order history, and delivery status. The user-friendly interface remains reliable even with unstable internet connections. Push notifications and in-app support keep partners updated.
