I am Oleg Stepanov, also known as Oleg Offstep, a multidisciplinary artist working across choreography, film, and sound. Born in the Ural region of Russia, I trained in dance alongside physics, and I have collaborated with major companies such as Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch, Gothenburg Dance Company, and Ballet Basel. My work travels between live performance, film, music and sound design. As a facilitator and researcher, I develop dance improvisation, technique and choreography courses for professionals and non-dancers alike, and I continue to create stage pieces, short films, and music.
