Tourism Destination Management & Marketing Specialist | Content Creator | Wine Tourism Master Student (WINTOUR).
I am a tourism management and marketing specialist with over 14 years of experience in the public tourism sector of Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Throughout my career, I have focused on destination planning, territorial brand management, and digital content creation for tourism promotion.
In 2022, I founded @guiasantacruzdelasierra on Tiktok, growing it organically to 100K followers in two years (and 10K on Instagram). I managed every aspect of the account from community management, filming, editing, content creation, to storytelling.
Previously, I supervised the Instagram account @marcasantacruz, increasing its audience to 18k followers by June 2021. I also managed the account @elisamenacho_eventos until october 2024 for a short period.
In addition, while living in Bolivia, I ran my personal tourism Tiktok account, where I collaborated with travel agencies and tourism projects, creating storytelling content that connected audiences with destinations and experiences.
Currently , I am pursuing a Master´s in Innovation in Wine Tourism, where I aim to expand my expertise into content creation for the wine and tourism industry.

The project was designed to promote tourism in Santa Cruz de la Sierra while celebrating the city´s history, culture and local identity. More than just a tourism page, it became a space for the people who lived there to connect with and be proud of their city.
By the time I stepped away, the account had grown organically to 100K followers on TikTok and 10K on Instagram.
