📌 The Challenge

Organizations often struggle with fragmented data when tracking large-scale project progress. There was a critical need for a centralized platform to consolidate metrics, monitor milestones, and formalize the approval workflow to ensure accountability.

🛠️ What I Built

I engineered a complex full-stack management system focused on security, scalability, and data integrity.

Key Technical Features:

• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Secure authentication and granular permissions to ensure users only access what they are authorized to manage.
• Advanced Data Handling: Implemented paginated lists and multi-criteria filters to manage large datasets without compromising performance.
• Structured Backend (DRF): Built a robust API using Django REST Framework to handle complex business logic and project states.
• Analytics Dashboard: Developed a visual interface to provide stakeholders with a quick, high-level overview of project metrics and progress.
