Hello, I’m Omoruyi Osasenaga Destiny. I’m a Public Sector Administrator and Fisheries & Agricultural Specialist with a B.Sc. in Aquaculture & Fisheries Management. I excel in public administration, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement, and I thrive in cross-functional teams delivering government programmes. I’m also an entrepreneur and fashion designer with proven project delivery and strong leadership skills.

Beyond public sector work, I founded Dewise Attire and lead end-to-end apparel production, supplier sourcing, and quality control. I have served as a NYSC intern in the Fisheries Department and held leadership roles in student governance, coordinating welfare initiatives and promoting transparent budgeting.
