    Louise Fairbrother, the director, brought me on as the sound recordist for this short film. I handled all location sound, ensuring dialogue, ambient sounds, and Foley were recorded clearly.

    I worked with Louise and the team to understand their needs, set up microphones, manage audio levels, check sound quality, and create digital backups. Both Louise and the editor gave me positive feedback. I’m grateful for the chance to work on this project and for everything I learned.

    Darren Goodwin, the film’s producer, hired me as the sound recordist for this micro-budget horror project. I handled all aspects of location sound, making sure dialogue, ambient sounds, and Foley were captured clearly.

    I worked closely with the director and production team to understand their requirements, set up microphones, manage audio levels, monitor sound quality, and convert everything into digital files with backups.

    This was my first feature film, and both Darren Goodwin and the editor, Jamie Pascoe, gave me a lot of positive feedback. I appreciate the opportunity and the experience I gained.
