I am very interested in this role because it combines event organization, marketing, and community, which are areas I already work in and really enjoy. I currently work as a Marketing Specialist at a real estate company in Kosovo, where I manage marketing campaigns, create content for social media, write marketing texts, and analyze campaign performance. I work with different teams to plan and promote projects, and I am responsible for making sure our marketing communication is clear and engaging. In addition to my marketing job, I am the Founder and Lead Organizer of Google Developer Groups Prishtina, and I also help organize GDG Tirana. Through this work, I organize events, workshops, and meetups, where I coordinate speakers, manage event promotion, communicate with partners, and support the community. This experience helped me develop strong organizational and communication skills and taught me how to manage events and projects from idea to execution. I also have strong skills in content creation and design. I create social media content, visuals, and promotional materials, and I enjoy creating new ideas and formats that attract and engage people. I am an organized, creative, and responsible person, and I enjoy working in a team.
