I'm a Music Producer & Mixing Engineer who specialises in a variety of Electronic Music [hip-hop, lo-fi, downtempo], Jingles, Film Score Composition, Sync Music & Sound Design. ***As a composer*** I have been featured as one of the Lalela Music Library composers, with some of my original compositions being featured on television soapies in South Africa. I have recently added Film Scoring to my list of achievements, and have scored a variety of short films and documentaries. ***As an Audio Technician*** I have spent over 6+ years working as a Front Of House Sound Engineer for various Television Productions for the South African National Broadcaster (SABC). In this role, I was tasked with a handful of unique challenges, including arranging stage sound equipment, tech rider allocation and set up. Over the course of my time there, I was able to overcome and redefine these challenges by troubleshooting occurring problems, and learning how to take up other responsibilities within the Audio Spectrum position. In my previous role as a Senior Audio Technician at The Film & Vinyl Club, I was responsible for; outsourcing sound equipment, setting it up and overseeing that everything flows accordingly, Music directing for larger occasions/events such as The South African Sports Awards, and Recording audio for short films, as well as overseeing the audio post-production process which involves; editing, effects, sound design, as well as mixing and mastering the recorded audio.
