Pascal Obeng-Poku

I am a multifaceted music instructor, director, and producer with 8+ years of international collaboration across Ghana and beyond. Based in Accra, I lead performance groups, arrange vocal and instrumental parts, and mentor rising talents while delivering education across gospel, contemporary, classical, pop, and jazz genres. I am passionate about blending artistic excellence with cross-cultural collaboration and I am seeking opportunities under the UK Global Talent Visa to contribute to the UK’s music and creative industries both artistically and academically.

My career spans leading music programs at ONA Music Academy and ONA Records, directing sessions for Spirit Wine Vessels (RAIN Foundations), and coordinating high-profile events such as the 5 Star Legacy Project Johannesburg edition and collaborations with international artists. I have produced music for Ghanaian talents including AshBenny, Gladys Nzelu, and Kofi Agbenyega, and I actively nurture young musicians through performance, mentorship, and professional training.
