For this project, I had the opportunity to master the single “Takua (The Weapon)” by Mohdeep Mann. My goal was to bring out the energy and intensity of the track while ensuring that the sound was polished for optimal listening across all platforms.

• Dynamic Control: Maintained the track’s energy by managing the dynamics, ensuring the impact of the drums and instruments while preserving clarity.
• Bass Enhancement: Fine-tuned the low end to give the track a solid, punchy foundation, essential for the genre.
• Stereo Imaging: Widened the stereo field to provide a more immersive and expansive listening experience.
• Loudness Optimization: Balanced the track’s loudness to ensure it competes with other tracks in its genre without losing detail.
• EQ Adjustments: Refined the frequency balance to bring forward the vocals and key elements, giving the track a well-rounded, professional sound.

Editing, Cleaning, Mixing and Mastering audio for video for the BMMC Channel

For this project, I collaborated with the BMMC Channel to elevate their audio content (more than 45 hours of video) to professional standards. My role included:

• Balancing dialogue, music, and effects for clear, engaging audio.
• Fixing problematic audio, such as filling in missing sections and replacing rights-restricted audio.
• Applying EQ, compression, and spatial enhancements to create a cohesive mix.
• Delivering a mastered track optimized for YouTube streaming.

Key Techniques Used:

• Advanced equalization and multiband compression for clarity.
• Reconstructing missing audio sections seamlessly.
• Tailored loudness adjustments to meet YouTube’s LUFS standards.
