    paper Illustrator, Terry the T. Rex Goes to the Library

    Terry the T. Rex Goes to the Library is a charming little story I had the privilege of illustrating for Dinosaurs Arise, a birthday party and private events company. The story follows Terry’s attempts to reach the dino story hour in his local library, and the many challenges inherent to being a very large T. Rex in a library. I designed and illustrated the dino cast based on the real-life puppets and costumes used by Dinosaurs Arise, and stylized them for a more animated feel, while still resembling their real-life species. With this project I got to push my expression and posing skills with more unorthodox subjects and gave a new layer of life to these beloved characters.
