About
Peter Albrecht composes film music without a fixed formula but with a clear sense of purpose. Since graduating from the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, he has scored feature films, documentaries, TV series, and commercials for brands like VITRA, LAMY, and Mercedes. His stylistic openness – shaped by a path through cover bands, electronic music, and musicology – allows his music to serve each story on its own terms. In 2025, he received the Deutscher Filmmusikpreis in the Young Talent category. His work has also earned a Clio Music Award and a German Film Award nomination for VENA.
