Hi, I’m Philip Chang Wei Sheng, a Singapore-based writer, producer, director, cinematographer, and editor. I aspire to tell the truth through meaningful and creative stories.
So far, I have produced 9 short films, and won
3 awards, and have production experience with Ochre Pictures. I have experience with documents and location scouting from pre- production, to on-set direction, to post- production with editing softwares like Creative cloud, Photoshop, and Da Vinci Resolve.
