I'm Pierre Veniot, a Montreal-born musician, composer and teacher with almost five decades on the scene. I began in 1965 on the first clarinet in my Montreal school band, studied jazz performance at McGill, and soon found myself on TV and in chamber and jazz ensembles, building a career across Canada. Today I'm based in Hong Kong, writing for sync licensing, mentoring local artists, and continuing to release music—most recently Storias Too in December 2025.
