Hi, I’m Pieternelle (Elle) Maris. I’m a multidisciplinary artist whose practice centers on photography, film, and language. I love shaping stories through still images, moving pictures, and the playful experimentation at the intersection of art and technology.
Based in the Netherlands, I’ve studied Fine Arts at Zuyd Hogeschool and completed an exchange at Leeds Arts University, followed by a BA (Hons) in Film Making. I’ve produced and participated in exhibitions, worked as a freelance front-end developer, and collaborated on events and publications. I’m always eager to take on new projects that mix creative storytelling with technical craft.
