January 1, 2021 - January 1, 2026Owned end-to-end UX across a multi-product B2B SaaS platform, covering research, prototyping, developer handoff, and post-launch iteration.
Designed and shipped AI features such as AI-generated review replies, campaign content, and inline text actions (rephrase, shorten, change tone). Prototyped an AI assistant that turns plain-language requests into campaign trigger logic to make a high-support-volume workflow usable for non-technical users.
Built and refined an AI-native workflow for a Tasks feature flow using Figma Make to validate with real clients early, then finalized the design in Figma against the company design system. Also experimented with Claude and Figma MCP for AI-assisted prototyping.
Created the company’s first Figma design system from scratch using reusable components and named color/text styles to maintain consistency and reduce engineering rebuilds. Redesigned core flows including offer creation and roles & permissions, focusing on fewer steps and less friction.
