Hi, I’m Poppy Clemson, a 2D animator specializing in Toon Boom Harmony. I love cartoon art styles and the squash-and-stretch approach, and I enjoy thinking outside the box to generate many ideas — the kind of expressive, creative energy I bring to a team. I’m a people person who works well with others but can also push forward independently to follow instructions.
I’ve studied at the University of Salford and Accrington and Rossendale College, contributed to student films and interactive museum projects, and built a strong foundation in rigging, backgrounds, and character animation. I’m excited to continue growing as an animator and to contribute to engaging, playful projects.

Travel Trouble is a 2D animated short film I directed as my final university project. This was a project of pure love and the passion I have for creating animation, characters, and stories using characters and locations I have been developing for over a decade now.
The short follows an anxiety ridden cat, Pipnip, in a desperate hurry to his doctors appointment in constant fear of being late. He is followed by a flying alarm clock, Irritimer, who is a representation of all Pipnip’s thoughts and stress in a physical form constantly putting stress onto him.
