I manage and promote a diverse portfolio of talented athletes and creatives. I am responsible for identifying emerging talent, negotiating contracts, and providing strategic guidance. Additionally, I produce and oversee creative projects and events, ensuring they align with Cxp tion’s mission of fostering inclusivity, innovation, and sustainability. My role involves coordinating with stakeholders, driving engagement, and delivering impact across projects and partnerships.

Oversee logistics and delivery of site-specific artistic performances in public spaces as part of the City Centre Culture and Events programme. Responsibilities included coordinating schedules, managing technical setups, and ensuring seamless communication with local businesses and stakeholders. Led site visits, health and safety compliance, and supervised performance crews during live events.

Led the development of an interdisciplinary research exploring the convergence of AI and 6G technology with creative disciplines. Merged insights from emerging technologies, decentralized systems, and immersive pipelines to propose inclusive, future-ready creative ecosystems. The project included extensive analysis of visual, performing, digital, and literary arts, incorporating practical applications, case studies, and references to cutting-edge academic research.
