Priscilla Tangari was born in Bari in 1989. She is a photographer whose work focuses on observing people, behaviors, tastes, lifestyles, and food, telling their stories through everyday objects, life, and imagination. Her work also explores another dimension: interior spaces. She is fascinated by the geometry, light, and shadows of the environments people inhabit. She is particularly interested in how individuals transform a house into a home and in the stories hidden behind its walls. Priscilla Tangari is the founder of Magnolia Studio, a photography studio specializing in weddings. In 2016, she self-published a book titled #OUT, about alienation in nightclubs, edited by Alessandro Cirillo. She earned her degree in Communication Sciences in 2014 from the University “Aldo Moro” in Bari. In 2019, she completed a master’s program in European Photography in Madrid, where she lived and worked for three years. Since 2020, she has been collaborating as a photographer and writer with SOPA, a contemporary photography magazine founded by fellow students from the Istituto Europeo di Design. SOPA was born from the exchange and sharing of diverse artistic and cultural styles and ideas. Some of her work has been featured in ELLEDECOR ITALIA, LIVING ITALIA, and AREA.
