I help youtube channels create long form true crime, documentary and informational style content that holds attention without relying on cheap shock tactics. Over the last 5+ years, I've worked as both a video editor and senior editor across five youtube channels, building editing style, maintaining editorial quality and consistency at scale. Beyond editing, I spent one years leading quality control and training editors across those channels. What that looked like: ✅️ Built the editing style and visual identity for true crime channels from their earliest uploads. ✅️ Created editorial SOPs and training systems used by junior editors across multiple channels. ✅️ Reviewed and signed off on 50+ long-form episodes for pacing, storytelling, visual quality, and factual accuracy. ✅️ Trained editors and maintained consistency across multiple channel brand. I don't edit on guesswork alone. I study audience retention data and viewer behavior to understand where attention actually drops. The youtube landscape is shifting. Platforms are tightening on sensationalized true crime while opening up for documentary style, non graphic treatment. Channels built on AI generated, mass produced content are increasingly getting flagged or terminated. Research, storytelling, and human editorial judgment matter more than they did a year ago. If you're looking for an editor who understands both the creative side of storytelling and the systems required to keep a channel consistent, let's talk.

    Client from upwork

Got a client from upwork where he wants to build a channel like Abyssal detective. Fortunately, he found me and we discussed the details over a call. I explain him the structure and later we started production to build a channel from zero.
All videos and style on the channel are originally created and edited by me. The channel started gaining its right audience and subscribers we got appreciation from audience but suddenly out of no where he stopped the production in 2025

    Campsites horror videos

    Project link - https://www.youtube.com/@DisturbiaArchive

All videos over the channel have been edited by me.
I got the message from a referral on discord and found out that he is starting the channel about campsites or horror encounters. we discussed the details and production started after 2 days.
I produced 7 videos for him but got uploaded only 6.
Unfortunately, he shut down the channel since according to him he didn’t get much audience though we gained 200+ subscribers in a month
