Assisted the Creative Director on set for advertising campaign shoots, applying creative feedback in real time. Set up and adjusted lighting for 5–8 different setups per shoot day, coordinating with the creative team to meet shot list requirements.

Photographed on-location corporate headshots for teams of 50+ employees across multiple organizations, coordinating to minimize disruption to office schedules. Met with clients and scouted locations in advance to plan lighting and logistics. Hired and trained photography assistants, managed client-facing etiquette, and handled quotes, invoices, and direct pricing negotiations. Ensured smooth, comfortable sessions on location and delivered final images ahead of deadlines by managing the process from planning through delivery.

Provided administrative support to the accounting department, organized client contracts, prepared documents for digitization, and accurately organized invoices and purchase orders.
