I’m a senior PR consultant/Publicist and former agency owner with years of experience helping organisations and talent tell their stories, grow their profile and get noticed in the right places. I’ve worked across Ireland, the UK, Europe and Americas with established brands, startups, NGOs and creatives in the entertainment industry, delivering campaigns that actually move the needle - more coverage, stronger reputations and better opportunities.

My background spans both in‑house and agency roles, crisis and public affairs work, and day‑to‑day media relations. I’ve landed clients in top‑tier outlets, handled sensitive reputational issues, and developed messaging that works for everyone from corporate stakeholders to artists and vulnerable communities.

I started out as a journalist and so I understand how newsrooms think as well as what makes a strong, strategic communications plan. I’m comfortable shaping everything from press releases and features to launch campaigns and talking points for executives and performers.
