Act as liaison between productions and the studio/network during production. Monitor distribution of daily paperwork and union documents including SAG-AFTRA, DGA, and WGA. Ensure that production is following studio policies and guidelines. Update production manual, forms, and resources to create an efficient workflow with productions. Oversee Product Placement within productions. Manage the search, evaluation, and execution of contracts for Stages, Offices, and Writer’s Rooms. Facilitate Asset Management throughout numerous projects around the country.

Hire crews, facilitate start of work, and approve timecards. Negotiate vendor deals for equipment rentals, production supplies, catering, etc. Obtain location permits working with established relationships with city officials and film commissions across the country. Oversee stage operations, including power, HVAC, security, and parking. Manage production teams of various sizes depending on scale. PO all engaged costs, reconcile credit cards, and petty cash. Track and project facilities and location costs, and track below the line spending as assigned. Build talent schedules and communicate all necessary logistics to their team. Highlighted credits include The Great Christmas Light Fight (NBC) S3; The Great Halloween Fright Fight (ABC) S10-S13; The Exhibit (PB&J Television, MTV).

Oversee Production Assistant daily schedules, responsibilities, start paperwork, and timecards. Create and distribute staff lists, call sheets, and wrap reports in a timely manner. Reconcile petty cash, pcards, and maintain POs. Book crew travel domestic and internationally.
