Rachael Ponn

First and foremost, I’m a storyteller.
I’ve been in the video industry for just under a
decade. My background originally started in
documentary journalism, which remains a passion
and influences my work today, because I truly
believe that story is what gives soul to any creative
medium.

Whether big or small, I’ve managed projects,
budgets and teams of all sizes. I’ve worked in all
areas of production, which I believe gives me an
edge as I understand the drivers and key
stakeholders for each stage in the video production
workflow. I’m comfortable leading pitches, working
with clients and love problem solving and
developing meaningful creative through intentional and exciting editing and visual techniques. I know how to
adapt myself and a team to not only successfully
deliver a project that everyone is proud of, but have
fun doing it, because our job is truly one of the best
out there!

I’m incredibly dedicated to my craft, constantly
striving to grow and learn, and willing to take on
any task necessary to get the best results. I thrive
with problem solving, collaborating on teams and
I’m eager to continue to grow and develop my craft
and create stunning work that has an impact.
