I’m Rachael, a Melbourne-based graphic designer with a background in in-house, freelance and brand-focused design. I currently work across brand, campaigns, digital, print and visual communications, with experience taking ideas from the initial concept through to finished creative. My in-house experience at Buxton Real Estate has given me a strong understanding of the wider marketing process — from campaign thinking and audience considerations through to delivering consistent creative across a large range of touchpoints. Alongside this, I’ve continued to build my freelance practice, working across branding, visual identity, campaigns and creative projects. I’m particularly drawn to work with a strong idea behind it — design that is considered, purposeful and has a bit of personality. I’m curious by nature and genuinely enjoy learning from the people around me. I’m currently open to freelance, contract, part-time and selected full-time opportunities, particularly with creative studios, agencies and in-house teams looking for thoughtful design support.…

    Elite Retreat 2026
The 2026 Elite Retreat identity was developed for Buxton’s premier incentive travel program, recognising top-performing agents across the network. With Shanghai and Beijing as the host destinations, the challenge was to create a premium event identity that captured the energy and character of both cities while remaining aligned with the wider Buxton brand. Inspired by the symbolism of the Year of the Horse and the energy of modern urban landscapes, the identity blends motion, contrast and digital-inspired textures with references to the cultural character of Shanghai and Beijing. The resulting visual system delivers a cohesive and aspirational brand experience that celebrates achievement while capturing the vibrancy of two of Asia’s most iconic destinations.…
    Bouquets For Blokes
This work combined the development of a comprehensive brand identity for Flowers by Lynette with a supporting brand campaign, Bouquets For Blokes. The existing brand lacked consistency and was not effectively connecting with its intended audience. In response, I developed a contemporary identity system designed to strengthen the brand’s positioning and create a more cohesive presence across customer touchpoints. Taking an unconventional approach to a category traditionally marketed towards women, the accompanying campaign challenged perceptions of men and flowers, using strategic design to spark conversation and broaden audience appeal. This work was recognised as a Finalist for the 2025 Best Design Awards — an annual showcase celebrating design excellence across Aotearoa/New Zealand.…
