Closed 50+ Jira QA tickets by verifying, retesting, and tracking resolution throughout the delivery lifecycle. Authored an end-to-end QA Strategy, Processes & Best Practice framework covering test planning, critical user journey coverage, manual/automated testing, API testing, regression, defect management, and release readiness. Conducted stakeholder discovery/current-state assessment to surface QA gaps and build a prioritized improvement roadmap. Defined release-readiness gates, defect lifecycle, and QA Definition of Done to set clearer quality criteria, ownership, and escalation points; led stakeholder reviews and sign-off.

Designed and executed 410+ test cases across web, PWA, native Android/iOS, and Studio surfaces of a live pan-African streaming platform. Identified a critical autoplay/lock-screen bug that bypassed lock and charged users coins for the next paid episode without user action; documented reproduction steps and escalated immediately. Built a Playwright smoke suite using POM architecture in JavaScript with role/text/aria-label selectors. Tested and documented an intentional anti-enumeration design decision for sign-up behavior to avoid false bug escalation. Investigated referral reward flows and documented that plus-addressed Gmail variants collapse to one identity under an anti-farming guard, requiring distinct email accounts for accurate referral testing.

Led end-to-end QA for a live fintech customer portal across 7 modules. Built a 168-test cross-browser Playwright automation suite covering authentication, onboarding, and financial transaction flows. Resolved a critical cross-platform test failure by containerizing the suite with Docker for consistent runs across Mac and Windows. Integrated the suite into a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline to run on every push to main. Built and maintained a 60-request Postman collection for positive and negative REST API scenarios. Authored 30 structured bug reports and a formal Test Summary Report covering a 56-case regression suite across 3 browsers, maintaining traceability of defects in a regulated environment. Escalated a critical backend database defect that blocked customer signup, preventing direct user impact on a live platform.
