Ramiro Estavillo

I’m a Product Designer with a background in Industrial Design, focused on UX/UI, internal tools, and applied AI. I design operational decision systems, from discovery and process mapping to dashboards and reusable design systems, that reduce friction for real teams. I currently combine a hybrid role at a metalwork workshop in Montevideo, where I work on design, budgeting and process improvement, with the development of an internal quoting and decision system I built from discovery through to a dashboard with its own design system. I also work on WordPress/WooCommerce projects, applying the same systems-thinking approach: understanding the real process before designing the interface.
