Tanya Rivera has been passionate about visual storytelling from a very young age. After gaining exclusive access to feature film sets as a child and witnessing how films were made, She knew she wanted to pursue a career in film and TV. After completing a Diploma in Screen and Media, in 2015, Tanya furthered her career and expanded her skills by working with some of the worlds leading outside broadcasting companies such as Sky Racing and NEP. In 2017 she graduated with a Bachelor of Film and Screen Media Production from Griffith Film School, with a focus on cinematography. Tanya has also been the recipient of the LiveLab Award for her academic excellence, honouring her work as a DOP on Blurred Minds, a virtual reality house party app. In 2018 Tanya established her own production company, Red Bandana Productions, where she puts her skills into action daily. She is a sought after director of photography with her unique and eye catching cinematic approach to her work.
