Animator at Flix Animations
August 18, 2021 - August 1, 2025
I have worked on 3 animated TV shows using Toonboom and a small Youtube Mini series using After Effects while working at Flix. Happy Town S1 (Sky TV) 2025: Happy Town was the latest show I worked on and was also the longest. I was able to work on a lot more episodes and scenes. Because of this I was able to impress the director and show creator with some of my animations. Lego: Demolition Duo Vs (Youtube) 2023: This mini series was made using After Effects with limited animation, focusing on secondary actions and squash & stretch. It followed a wacky narrative voice over and was actually quite fun to work on. World According to Grandpa S2 (Cbeebies) 2022: Started production as a layout arist and revisionist while also taking any animated scenes I could until I got a full position to work on animated scenes. Tee & Mo S2 (Cbeebies) 2022: First brought on as a junior animator to work on revisions and small animations. This was also the first time working on a large production scale with much more complicated Toonboom rigs

I have worked with a number of clients to create short animations and thumbnails, intro videos to their Youtube channel and interactive animations for Twitch streams. I’ve assisted with motion tracking for C.A.L on BBC Bitesize, tracking the face of a stop-motion puppet and mapping the facial features in post-production Another project was assisting with an independent film. I ended up creating simple puppet rigs for 3 main characters, and animation was then overlaid on top of live-action footage.

Responsibilities included de-rigging, green screening, color correction, creating VFX, fixing animation errors, background removal, and motion tracking.
