Hi! My name is Ronald Acosta, I’m an artist/illustrator from the Bay Area California, currently based in New England. As of 2025, I’ve about 8 years experience working with independent developers/publishers, startups and writers etc. For the past six years I’ve been the artist on The Adventures of Starman series, a graphic novel sci-fi universe blended with real life events, as well as The Tales of Treydora, a fantasy based comic book series; Both of which are building platforms for Art, Comics and Games in web3. My art can range from realistic to comic-book/manga/anime/animation, so I can easily adapt to the project requirements as I have a good grasp on how to tackle multiple artistic styles. I have experience in concept art, cinematic storytelling, storyboarding, sequential-comic book art various fantasy universes, character design, promotional art and all around illustration in general. I work in both traditional mediums and digitally via Procreate and Photoshop. I pull heavy inspiration from video game art, anime, and comic book artists like Frank Miller, Jim Lee and Barry Windsor Smith.
