Built a production AWS machine learning pipeline for feature engineering, XGBoost modelling, and serverless inference, reducing battery telemetry review time from approximately one week to under 30 minutes. Implemented automated retraining through GitHub Actions with OIDC authentication and RMSE/MAE quality gates. Engineered supporting data infrastructure using S3, Glue, Athena, and Timestream, while applying least-privilege IAM policies, KMS encryption, and Secrets Manager.
