I’m Joița Robert Nicolae, a 20-year-old mural art student and aspiring visual artist from Argeș County, Romania. I’m ambitious, adaptable, and genuinely motivated by learning new techniques—whether that’s Byzantine painting, mosaic work, sgraffito, gold-leaf gilding, or parietal painting methods. I enjoy collaborative environments, but I’m also capable of working independently when I need to bring an idea from concept to finished artwork.

Alongside my studies at the National University of Arts in Bucharest, I’ve taken part in mural and gilding projects in cities like Bucharest, Curtea de Argeș, and Galați. I also create original graphic work—story, script, and illustration—and I’ve recently started teaching drawing and painting courses. My goal is to keep improving, participate in competitions and exhibitions, and contribute to cultural events through live drawing, traditional-themed painting activities, and educational initiatives.

The biggest romanian graphic novel, fully made by me, this is the poster for my background while promoting the book that currently has over 300 pages. The most exciting project i recently worked on. I love illustrating for books in any style of lineart, cross hatching, fully handmade.
