With over a decade of experience in professional audio, I have worked across television, film, music, and advertising, developing a versatile skill set that spans from dialogue editing to full-scale music production. After completing my studies at ETIC – Escola de Tecnologias, Inovação e Criação, I began my career with an internship at Rail Road Tracks / EMI Studio in Germany, where I gained hands-on experience in studio recording, editing, and assisting engineers in music production and mixing. I later founded Studio Kinda Cloudy, focusing on band recordings, hip hop vocals, electronic music production, mixing, and mastering, building a strong foundation in music production and independent studio work. For nearly a decade, I worked at Plural Entertainment, one of Portugal’s largest television production companies, where I was responsible for the audio post-production of an average of 300 episodes per year (50 minutes each). My work included dialogue editing, noise reduction, ADR, backgrounds, sound design & FX, music placement, mixing, and leading audio teams. I also contributed with music production, composing original pieces for television content. My experience expanded with Loudness Films, where I handled full audio post-production for multiple TV series and films: editing, noise removal, phase alignment, backgrounds, FX, foley, music placement, mixing, recording, and ADR. At Walla Collective, I further specialized in film and documentary post-production, working on dialogue editing, backgrounds, FX, foley recording/performance, sound design, and mixing. Today, I run my own studio in Lisbon, Ciro Sound, dedicated to audio post-production for TV, films, web content, and advertising, as well as music production, vocal recording, sound design & SFX, mixing and mastering. Ciro Sound also provides music and DJ classes, bridging professional production with education.
