    Led the planning and execution of a university-wide image campaign, including the production of several corporate image films. Responsible for stakeholder management, agency and film crew coordination, production oversight, and ensuring alignment between strategic communication goals and creative execution.

    Our Contribution

    As Project Manager and Live Producer, we were responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the live broadcasts across three event days. In close collaboration with the Head of Racing and all production partners, we developed the editorial and operational rundowns, coordinated workflows, timings, and resources, and ensured seamless collaboration between the event organizer, technical providers, and the television production team.

    Our role included managing key interfaces, facilitating coordination meetings, establishing clear communication structures, and ensuring quality throughout both the preparation and live execution phases. During the broadcasts, we led production processes on site, coordinated moderators, technical teams, cameras, graphics, and broadcast elements, and made real-time decisions to ensure a smooth and engaging viewing experience.

    The Results

    Together with an interdisciplinary team of broadcast, technical, and event professionals, we delivered professional and seamless live productions across all event days. The broadcasts combined high production quality with clear dramaturgical storytelling, helping to strengthen the national media presence of the event and elevate the overall viewer experience.

    The project fostered efficient collaboration among all partners involved and contributed to the long-term positioning of the event as a premium sports occasion with international appeal. In addition, the increased visibility generated valuable attention from stakeholders and resulted in a significant rise in qualified inquiries from potential event organizers and partners.

    Our Contribution

    We developed and implemented a comprehensive digital presence, combining a complete website relaunch with the strategic development of social media channels. This included the website concept, CMS customization and feature enhancements in collaboration with developers, as well as the creation of content across multiple formats, including text, photography, and video. We also planned and executed photo and video productions and supported the launch and promotion of the new website.

    On social media, we developed the strategy, established the technical foundations through Meta Business Suite and campaign management, and created a wide range of content, including stories, reels, and posts. Through active community management and continuous content development, we helped strengthen audience engagement and expand the digital reach of the brand.

    The Results

    The website evolved into a central communication platform and recorded significant, exponential growth in traffic. The improved digital presence increased visibility, strengthened audience engagement, and provided a modern platform for communicating news, events, and key information.

    Across social media channels, engagement rates and all relevant KPIs grew exponentially. The stronger digital presence contributed to a significant increase in ticket pre-sales through the online shop and generated high-quality inquiries from potential sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
