Reframed scattered UX issues (navigation, catalog, show page, pricing plans) into one focused product problem. Conducted user interviews and short surveys, mapped customer journeys and used a Value Proposition Canvas to define key jobs-to-be-done. Formed hypotheses and redesigned the catalog, show page and subscription flow in Figma. Ran usability and guerrilla testing of prototypes, collected feedback and adjusted user flows and UI. Prepared and presented a structured UX case to Dramo x stakeholders and course mentors, covering problem framing, hypotheses, user flows, key UI screens and main insights for future iterations.
