Stephan Tapernoux is an Arizona State University graduate who specializes in game development, programming, 3D modeling, and digital art. He obtained a Bachelor's of Arts in Computer Gaming and Digital Culture as part of the Interdisciplinary Studies program. Previously, he obtained an Associate's of Applied Science in Game Technology from Mesa Community College. He is a high achiever who maintained a 4.00 GPA and received memberships in Phi Kappa Phi and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, plus nominations from many other honor societies. Stephan currently works as an Online Instructor at iD Tech where he specializes in teaching game development, 3D modeling, and programming. He also volunteers at Heatwave Studios, where he helps the game development group create 3D assets and playtest games that are then released on Steam. Just prior, he worked at E-Line Media, where as a Game Design Intern he not only designed and developed an action-adventure game inside "The Endless Mission," he also created original 3D models that were used for the game and made available for other players to use. He also worked as a Software Development Intern at Meteor Studio, a mobile systems research lab headed by Dr. Robert LiKamWa, where he designed and implemented an augmented reality application for mobile devices. He hopes to continue his career in Game Development in the future.
