As a QA Test Engineer at Tangentworks Technologies, I validated end-to-end hospital workflows for Care FlowX, including patient registration, doctor scheduling, appointments, billing, payments, and medical records. I performed functional, regression, and post-release testing to maintain system stability, executed test cases across patient registration, appointments, billing, pharmacy, and reports, verified data accuracy and role-based access, and reported defects through resolution. I also conducted API testing using Postman, cross-browser testing for web, and device testing for mobile, and collaborated closely with development teams to analyze issues and validate fixes.
