Sagar Giri

Hi, I’m Sagar, a co-founder and game developer at Mad Yeti Games with over a decade of hands-on experience bringing interactive experiences to life. I specialize in combat engineering, system architecture design, and complex network programming. Over the years, I’ve successfully balanced the creative and technical sides of game development - ranging from designing highly responsive combat mechanics to structuring scalable multiplayer backend frameworks.

At Mad Yeti Games, we focus on creating deeply engaging, highly polished gameplay experiences. Our portfolio includes:

• Shifting Castle: Check out our tactical action mechanics in our latest demo on Itch.io.

• Super Dash: Our best-looking, fast-paced arcade mobile title, available on the Google Play Store.

Beyond my studio, I have been the sole developer behind the entire catalog of published mobile titles for anka EK, where I took on the roles of project manager and systems engineer to ship socially-enabled multiplayer board games, handle full UI/UX execution, and engineer robust real-time networking and chat logic.

Whether building physics-driven combat systems, refining AI pathfinding, or optimizing backend network pipelines, I thrive on turning complex mechanical ideas into smooth, intuitive player experiences.
