Managing a team of Technical Assistants and a team of Bar and Events staff. Setting up PA systems and rigging lights. Running live sound and lighting during events. Building stages and venues to client specifications. Meeting with clients to organise and discuss upcoming events. PAT testing equipment. Building and working on scaffold towers, scissor lifts and cherry pickers (PASMA & IPAF certified). Stage and event management. Preparing all required equipment for upcoming events. Till training, cash handling and safe access. Booking, organising, and running own events.
