ZenPatch is a concept for a smart facial patch designed for people who clench their jaw under stress (TMD).
It reimagines the traditional night guard — a passive barrier — as an active system that senses, decides, and intervenes, using flexible sensing across the masseter to guide the muscle back to rest before tension turns pathological.
I took the project end to end, starting from a single question: researching the stress-to-jaw mechanism, defining the user and the product requirements, designing the form, modeling and rendering it, producing every visual, building the website and its interactions, and designing the companion app. The goal wasn’t just to design a good-looking product — it was to prove a complete design capability, from insight to execution.
