I’m a Blender-based 3D artist with 8+ years of experience in technical modeling and detailed scene creation.

I have strong experience in clean topology, accurate UV mapping, PBR materials, and structured environment modeling. I am comfortable building large-scale scenes with consistent detail and realistic wear, including markings and surface detailing.

While I have not previously developed assets specifically for MSFS, I am very comfortable adapting to technical pipelines and learning export workflows quickly. I’m confident I can meet the visual and structural quality required for this project.

Before finalizing pricing, I would like to clarify:

• Required level of optimization
• Expected texture resolution limits
• Whether LODs are needed
• Final delivery format

Based on scope, I would expect this project to fall within the $1,200–$1,500 range.
