I am a Video Editor and educator specializing in long-form storytelling, collaborative editing, and clear communication through technology. Through Virtual Vanguard Productions, I produced and directed Cooking in the Dark for Rocky Mountain PBS, a three-season production (39 episodes), using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects as my primary creative tools. This work laid the foundation for my role as an instructor at CU Denver, where I taught a multidisciplinary master’s-level course focused on filmmaking, videography, editing workflows, and real-world production practices. Teaching—whether to students, interns, or creative collaborators—is central to how I edit: translating vision into structure, complexity into clarity, and ideas into engaging narrative. Supporting this creative work is a 30-year career in technology, where I collaborated interdepartmentally across media, government, aerospace, and enterprise environments.
